Ideally located just one block from the sandy Carlsbad beaches and a short, pleasant walk to beautiful downtown Carlsbad is this charming, professionally decorated, sparkling clean and fully equipped 2 unit property. Both the Main House and Guest House on the property are private full time vacation rentals (not owner occupied).

The Main House boasts two bedrooms, all with fresh, comfy linens and plenty of pillows. The master has a king size bed and luxurious en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double shower heads. Second bedroom features two Queen beds. Second bathroom is standard set up with shower/tub combination. Bathrooms come with everything you need to get ready; shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers. Also provided are hair dryers and fluffy towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create a full holiday meal or just heat up leftovers. 
Specifically;
electric induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher w/ detergent pods, coffee maker with a "starter pack" of coffee and a few filters, toaster, blender, dishes, pots and pans, baking sheets, eating and serving utensils.

The enchanting backyard (shared with the Guest House) features a new Hot Springs spa, comfortable outdoor seating and dining areas as well as a built in gas barbecue with a granite bar and barstools, and fully landscaped grassy area.

Available for your use are beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas and other beach and backyard toys and games.

There are beach towels for your convenience as well as a hot outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after playing at the beach. The home includes full size washer and dryer in the completely finished garage and 1 off-street parking space inside the 2 car garage.

There are several areas on this property that are shared between the two units; Main House and Guest House including; Driveway, Garage, Laundry Facilities, Backyard and Spa, Outdoor Shower, BBQ, Ocean View Balcony, Beach and Backyard toys and games

Your confirmed booking is your acknowledgment and acceptance of the following:
• This home is privately owned and is in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors while enjoying your time at this vacation rental property.
• Families are welcome but the home and property are NOT childproof. Please supervise children at all times.
• Primary renter must be at least 25. Guests under 18 years are not permitted on the property without direct adult supervision, either indoors or out. Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Guests who do not supervise their children at all times do so at their own risk and hold owners harmless.
• The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. It is further agreed that the Rental Agreement rules will be adhered to or damages will be assessed.
• Your rental agreement provides for the number of occupants you stated and confirmed with us. No additional overnight guests are permitted.
• Please treat the house and its contents kindly and gently and keep it as clean as possible:
• Please do not move furniture.
• Restrict food to kitchen and dining table(s)
• Keep shoes, luggage, dirty/sticky hands, juice boxes, sun block, crayons and other items that stain and soil off furniture and beds.
• Only small amounts of table scraps can be put in garbage disposal at a time.
• Guests are responsible for charges for plumbing services to rectify clogs and dysfunctions due to improper or excessive disposal of items in toilets, sinks and garbage disposals.
• Please conserve energy and turn off the HVAC system(s) whenever you leave the house. A fee will apply for leaving the system on when you leave.
• This is a non-smoking property, inside and out.
• We love animals, but for everyone’s comfort and safety, please...no pets on the property.
• A condition for the return of your security deposit is that there is no complaint of noise, misconduct or criminal activity in which a member of your party or your group is the subject of the complaint.
• No parties or events in the suite or on the property without prior written consent of owners. Additional charges will apply.
• Please deposit your trash and recyclables in the trash and recycle bins next to the garage.
• We have provided bath towels and bed linens. Please do not clean or mop up spills with them. Do not remove them from the property. We will wash them when you leave, but if you choose to launder, please wash white towels and linens separately from colored towels and personal items. No bleach! We assess damages for missing, damaged, stained or discolored towels and linens.
• Please closely follow all of the rules associated with the spa.
• Please do not allow children to operate appliances (including the spa). Note that outlets, cabinet doors, windows and other elements do not have child-safe/safety mechanisms.
• We inspect after each party’s departure and before house cleaning occurs. If you discover that something is broken or is not working, please inform us right away so we can repair or replace the item for you and before the next guests arrive.
• Upon your departure, please close and lock doors and windows and turn off the HVAC(s).
Noncompliance with any of the aforementioned rules may result in additional charges to clean, repair or replace items, including time, effort and expense of contractors, property owners and their staff.
