Entire 3 Brm House, clean and freshly renovated. Within 5 kms of "The Best Brisbane has to offer". Perfect if you don't have a car or are sharing one, as it's an easy 15 min direct bus ride to the City and Southbank - saves heaps on city parking. We are not only very family friendly but also pet friendly on application.

The entire upstairs and deck area is all yours. So is the front garden and the whole carpark.
The office is occupied during business hours only and we park out on the street.

Note: From 9am - 5pm weekdays we "the owners" have a private small business office (unsigned) located in the downstairs of the property. It is completely separate and has its own entrance. We won't bother you and we like you to think of the house as your own. We have lived in Brisbane for over 25 years, 19 years in Camp Hill so we would love to help you find your way around should you need it, please give me a call or text if you need help with anything.

General rules:
We expect you to treat our property with respect and to leave it in the same condition you found it. We realise that accidents do happen and things break however we would like you to let us know what has happened so we can try and fix it (either while your their but at the very least for the next guests). We take great pride in providing a well maintained, comfortable, clean property and we chose our guests carefully. We also like to maintain a good relationship with our neighbours so we hold a strict NO PARTY policy. Quiet time after 10pm. Small family BBQ's or dinner parties and the occasional baby showers are acceptable.
NO SMOKING inside the house!

Pets allowed **ONLY upon discussion/approval with manager.
Pet Rules:
Dogs must be house trained and toileted OUTSIDE.
Pets must be kept off soft furnishings.
Pets must not be left alone at the property, unless they are either contained in the yard or a crate, if left inside.
You must monitor your pets to make sure they don't get stressed and bark after you leave.
All faeces must be removed from the yard prior to checkout.
All pet hair and any food scraps must be cleaned prior to checkout.
Any damage or excess cleaning that is caused by having your pet will result in extra cleaning fee's.

Upon checkout:
Please wash your dishes, remove rubbish & unwanted food from fridge and pantry to the outside bins.
Place keys back into the locker box on departure.

Puede haber ruido - This property is conveniently located on thoroughfare into the city with buses at the door. This does mean some road noise to the front of the house.
Hay zonas comunes que se comparten - As described we have a "home" office located in the downstairs area. It is completely separate and attended by my husband during office hours.

Tracey and Richard know how to be excellent Airbnb hosts. Always available and responsive. The house was perfect for us. We spent most of our time on the beautiful verandah. We hosted my family for a Christmas eve barbecue and everyone loved the place. It's close to the city. Ashton and Old, 3 minutes walk on Old Cleveland Road, is the perfect local cafe restaurant. Highly recommended.

Tracey's place was great for our recent visit to Brisbane. The house was clean, stocked with everything you could need and plenty of space for a group. The outdoor area was fab and communication and checkin information and process easy. Would recommend.
