Bright, fully-serviced 2BR apartment with shared garden. Traditional period features and living space complimented by our fully equipped modern kitchen. 5 mins walk to Hyde Park and 2 mins to Paddington. Ideal for exploring Central London.
A warm, family friendly home with 2 double bedrooms and a large, traditional English period bathroom. It’s a 52 square metre fully-serviced third floor apartment (with a lift) in a grand old stucco-fronted building (Grade II listed). The space is spotlessly clean and full of light, with high ceilings, wooden floors and large sash windows looking out across the gardens of Talbot Square.
Please note that the apartment is cosy for 4 people - the vast majority of guests find it quite comfortable and as stated above it is over 50 square metres.
I have provided a tablet at the property that has all the instructions for the flat and should answer any questions you have about where things are located. It also has my recommendations for the area!

As you may be aware, London has a 90 day policy on Short Term Holiday Lets.
In order to allow me to continue sharing my home with guests like yourself, sometimes I allow people to rent my property for longer periods at certain times of the year.
This means that from time to time, people ask to view the property in advance.
Although this is rare, if you do make a booking with me (and I’d love for you to stay!), please bear in mind that a viewing may take place, but I promise to let you know and it will be very short!
I moved to London in 2013 having studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Oxford university and now work in investment management in the city. I love London life - for the culture, food, architecture and general buzz. There is always something to do. Some weekends I also enjoy getting out to the countryside for riding or walking with my dog. I am an avid traveller and have travelled around South America, South East Asia, Ghana, India and New Zealand.
I look forward to hosting you in my lovely home.
