Most desirable location with a Lake view, backyard leads to a private dock with a water wild life. Our house is 1/3 mile from Starbucks, grocery and other eating places. 24hr GuardGated security in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to interstate 10 and highway 111. Apx. 20 minutes drive from Palm Springs International Airport.
World famous Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, Golf, Tennis , Hiking all in the vicinity. the weather is great in Winter and Spring, gets hot in Summer and Fall. See You Soon

El alojamiento
You get two beautiful bedrooms and two private bathrooms, one full with a tub and one half bath, are located near the front entrance of the house.
One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a king size bed. A short hallway leads to your private area of the house.
The Bedrooms have east facing windows. Blackout blinds provide full darkness for sleeping, if desired. Warning! Between the comfy bed and the dark and quiet, you may oversleep.
NOTE: We are a strict non-smoking home, smoking is allowed only in the backyard.
The booking can accommodate up to 4 adults including children over the age of 12. Children must be supervised at all times. Exceptions may be discussed before booking.
Dangle your feet in your private (unheated) pool or soak in our heated spa and enjoy the quiet nighttime stargazing beside the fire pit.

Guest access
There is a limited kitchen access, but guests can use the microwave, an electric kettle to make tea or use the Keurig coffee maker. A selection of fresh fruit, yogurts, croissant, muffins or breads, cold cereals and milk are provided for a light continental breakfast.

House access :
The entrance to the suite is accessed through the garage.
The pool, patio, and fire pit are also accessed from the parking area through the side entrance without the need of a key.

Activities :
Golfers will find numerous excellent Golf Courses all around . By last count, there were more than 120 golf courses in the area that are irrigated and green all year long.

Guests can have a wonderful time in the backyard with a hot tub, fire pit and dangle their feet in the private pool all with the adjoining beautiful lake ducks, geese and swans.
Guests have a limited access to the kitchen, can use the microwave, electric kettle for making tea/coffee, No cooking or baking. washer and dryer available. Welcome to enjoy the spacious living room, the bar (bring your own drinks). No glass ware near the pool area.
No shoes on the oriental rugs please.

All adult guests must present a govt. issued photo ID at check-in.
No partying or excessive noise, no unregistered guest at any time. Quiet hours 10 pm to
8 am.
Early check-in or late check-out may be requested at the time of booking.
