While the property was beautiful, and the location is excellent, there were many issues with the house and our stay: 1) The house was permeated by a foul odor. Our best guess was that an animal (possibly a rat) had died in a wall. The owner's agent sent a plumber who diagnosed a problem with the septic tank, which is plausible enough, but he was unable to do anything to fix the problem while we were there. 2) Cleanliness was an issue. Considering the sizable cleaning fee, I would expect a spotless home to walk into. However, we found several dead bugs, as well as a layer of dust throughout the house. Furthermore, the dishes and glassware were all covered in a film and needed to be washed prior to use; one dish even had a crust of what appeared to be rotten avocado stuck to it. 3) The owner attempted to charge us in cash for utilities upon our checkout in violation of Airbnb terms. This amounted to approximately $200, most of which could be attributed to the pool filter which ran 24/7, despite the fact that we couldn't even use the pool as it was too cold to do so. The owner also charged us occupancy tax on checkout, which is technically allowed, but really should be included upfront in the Airbnb fee. 4) While the property is gorgeous, and the home looks nice on the surface, it could use some updating, particularly the bathrooms.

Inna was very welcoming and accommodating prior to my party's arrival to the house. Rutger her agent was very helpful in being flexible with some travel mishaps due to flight delays and different individuals coming to the house at different times. It was great that he was so informative with another friend who was able to meet him to get the keys to the house due to my delayed flight with part of the party. The house was very well stocked with essentials and the property was beautiful! It is a bit hard to find so I would recommend getting the GPS coordinates to locate the house. It is off a main road but the street that the house is on is on an off path gravel road that goes straight to the driveway of the house.

This place was ideal for small wedding. We were 7 people and everything was perfect. This is really cozy and big house with great view to mountains and good location. Staying isolated from noice , it is really easy to reach all places of interests and shops, cafes etc.Morning and day time you can spend time near swimming pool with heating of water, and evenings in cozy living room with fireplace, drinking wine and chatting. Great addition was x-box with games! Each room has its entrance and bathroom. It is really comfortable to stay there! Inna, the owner of the house, is really friendly and helpful person. She helped us in all cases and answered all our questions about France and Provence. Valerie, who meet us, welcomed us,showed us house and places around. It made our staying easier. House has everything for amazing vacation. When we plan to visit Provence in future, this place will be the best choice.

We had a very nice time in Bonnieux and enjoyed Inna's house very much. The swimming pool and sun deck are just gorgeous, Bonnieux and its surroundings are beautiful and the only negative point was having to leave at the end of our week!!! I would certainly recommend the house!

The perfect house in the perfect location. Perfectly suited for the big family or the group of friends. The pool is located close to the house which is important when you have smaller kids. It gives you the possible to relax and still be alert. Bonniuex is a very nice little village and you will find everything you need there. Inna was a great host and we did get answers on all our questions very fast. All in all a house we would consider coming back to again next year.

We had an amazing time at this house. Everything is beautiful and comfortable. We said it was like having a small hotel all to yourself! Stunning views from the house. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The bedding, towels, coffee machine, tv and music system are all excellent quality. The pool is large and clean. We enjoyed evening meals on the terrace and used the BBQ. Bonnieux was around a 25 minute walk, along the back road. We ate at La Bergerie close by which was amazing. We were met by the lovely Valerie's who showed us around and was on call when we had a couple of hiccups with the alarm. All in all we would highly recommend this house to others and would love to return one day.
