-Countertop cooktop provided. Includes pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes and silverware
- Bar area including microwave, sink, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee/tea maker and kettle
Major grocery store within walking distance to pick up groceries/supplies

Parking:
- we have free parking in the garage or on the street. The garage is a standard size garage. If you have a large truck or an RV you can park free on the street outside the house

Guests:
ALL guests staying need to be listed on the reservation. This ensures we provide adequate supplies for everyone! Additional guests after 2 will be charged at $22 a night per guest. Guest cannot exceed the number listed in the confirmation.

The Space:
The suite is private & spacious, the upper floors are occupied by the owners. The lower level is partly shared space as enclosed utility room is located there. It is shared only for the purpose of accessing utilities in the event it’s needed. The fireplace is a non functioning fireplace for decorative purposes
