Firstly I would like to thank you for staying at my apartment. I value all my guest feedback. On this occasion however, I feel you have been very unfair. You had booked my apartment a day prior to your arrival for two nights. Then you asked if you can adjust the booking to one night. I had a minimum two night stay listed on my apartment but I still changed it to 1 night to help you as you were struggling to find a place. You said you would be arriving at 6pm. This is when I informed you there was a Scotland run which blocked off car access until 5pm so your stated checkin time wouldn’t be an issue. On the day of your arrival, you arrived much earlier than what you initially stated.
I did my best to get you checked in earlier but as you can imagine, it was a struggle. You told me you were coming at 6pm but you arrived at 4pm. I managed to get you checked in by 5pm. I offered you a partial refund for your troubles but you weren’t happy with that. I’m not too sure what else I could have done. That being said, I am very sorry you had to wait. You are welcome back at anytime. Hopefully you will have a better experience at my apartment next time.
