Reglas de la casa

We can be flexible with the check in and check out times and luggage storage according to the previous and next bookings. The official check-in time is 3 pm and check-out is at noon (12.00).
We can offer 24 h check-in, but if you arrive after 9 pm, please inform us about it as much in advance as possible.

Please note that we don`t live in the same house. From our home it takes us about 20 minutes to get to this guest apartment. So we would have to confirm the time when we meet you at the apartment in advance.

We respectfully ask that everything within the apartment is treated with care.
Please no shoes in the common room / bedroom. Please try not to eat and drink in bed.

We ask you to inform us immediately if something in the apartment gets broken, strongly smudgy or otherwise damaged. This gives us a chance to replace or fix it before the next guests arrive.

Smoking in the apartment and in the corridors of the building is strictly forbidden.
Pet`s are not allowed.
This studio is not for parties and quiet is appreciated especially from 10 p.m. until 7 a.m. But you`re welcome to invite a few friends over for a glass of wine etc. We do provide more than 2 sets of glasses exactly for this purpose.

Cleaning is included in the price. If you stay for a week or more, cleaning is once per week.
Every additional cleaning costs 30 €.

Enjoy and make it your home!
We`re happy to provide lots of local knowledge to help you make the most of your stay!

Liina's place was perfect: everything was clean, the shower was hot and powerful, the bed really comfortable, the kitchen well equipped (with tea, coffee, cereal and milk provided, which I didn't expect but was very much appreciated). The location couldn't be better, set on a cobbled street in the heart of the old town, within easy walk to all the main sites. Communication was easy and Liina and family went out of their way to help, allowing us to drop bags early. Hoping to return to this beautiful city and this great apartment. Highly recommended.

Liina's apartment was perfect. The perfect location in Old Town Tallinn, close to everything without being too close to noisy revellers on their way home. The little extra touches provided such as extra toiletries, milk in the fridge when we arrived along with breakfast food was very much appreciated. Check in and check out was easy and the only downside was we didn't get to meet Liina herself. Would highly recommend this apartment for any couples thinking of visiting Tallinn.

Liina's apartment was excellent! We stayed here with our two very young children. The apartment was much bigger then I expected and Liina has thought about everything. Everything was very well stocked from cooking utensils, kitchen wear, appliances, towels to toilet paper! The location was great, but for a light sleeper I needed the ear plugs provided by our hostess. Thank you for making our stay in Tallinn so comfortable!

I would describe myself as friendly, communicative, hospitable and organized.
Married, mother of 2 children - boy and girl.

My experience in tourism/travelling goes back about 18 years when I started to work as a guide in Tallinn during the long (3 months!) summer breaks from high school, later the Tallinn University.
I have a B.A. in German and Finnish and a M.A. in conference interpreting (consecutive and simultaneous). I have mainly focused on interpreting since 2004 and used to live abroad for some years because of my work. In 2009 I moved back to Tallinn and now I do both interpreting and guiding as a freelance. I work in English, German and Finnish, but I also speak some Russian and French.
My work gives me the possibility to travel a lot and meet new people from very different cultures. It`s something I`ve always loved and could not live without!

In addition to professional travel I discover new places with my family too. We love to visit cities like London, Berlin and Amsterdam. My personal favorites are also Copenhagen, Granada and Strasbourg. Our favorite country outside of Europe is Oman, in Europe it`s not so easy to choose. Spain, Germany...
Hiking and canoeing in Estonian nature or abroad are also very close to our hearts.

As a guest I prefer a personal approach, not anonymity. And it`s always nice to meet the locals and have a chat about how`s life around there, where to go & what to do.
I value cleanliness and privacy and that I get delivered what was promised. I`m rather bad in haggling about prices&terms&conditions and prefer clear fixed beforehand agreements.

I`ve always known that when I open my own guest apartment I want to take time for my guests in case they want to have a chat and ask some questions, not just leave the keys for them somewhere to pick up. It would be nice to share my in-depth knowledge about Tallinn or just exchange about travel experiences etc.
As a guest I`ve sometimes missed little things like a hair dryer, city map or bottle opener, so when fitting out my own guest apartment I´ve tried to include as much useful stuff and information as possible.
