Enjoy our converted studio/jr 1 bedroom space less than 2 miles from downtown Burlington and 1 mile to UVM. This is your own private studio space with separate entry along with full kitchen and 3/4 bathroom (no bath just stand up shower). Living room and kitchen are all one space. This is a fairly small unit, approximately 350-400 sq feet but perfect for a single person or couple looking for a base to explore Burlington area. 5-10 minute walk to bars, restaurants and coffee shops in Winooski.
The space is fairly small, 350-400 sq feet with combined kitchen/living room as can be seen from the photos. There is a separate bedroom with small closet and attached 3/4 bathroom (standup shower only). The space adjoins other apartments so no loud music, TV, parties, etc to avoid disturbing others. Our house was built in the very early 1900's so has the charm, quirks and design inconsistencies of old homes. This apartment may be able to accommodate a 3rd person on the sofa but please enquire before booking. Complimentary bottled water and coffee/tea is also provided.
Disponible para huéspedes
Shared access to patio to enjoy coffee, breakfast or reading outside.
Atención a los huéspedes
We live in the building so available to answer questions if needed regarding local sights, restaurants, etc but typically do not see guests unless leaving or in the yard.
Otros aspectos destacables
There is a dishwasher, however, it's very old and never really used so we prefer guests do not use it. Also, there is a washer/dryer in the photos but we prefer guest do not use them unless it's coordinated at check in due to plumbing noise/vibrations which could disturb other guests in the building.
Our place is pretty quiet and we hope you will be also. The entire property is non smoking. Quiet time after 9-10pm. No visitors.
We're a pretty quiet, low-key, married couple (Brazilian/Canadian & American). We are vegetarians and really love vegan cooking and quality foods. We love to travel and I have traveled through much of North, Central, South America and Europe We also love cats and volunteered for animal rescue organizations in Canada in the past. My spouse really loves gardening and plants and works in landscaping. We have lots of fruit trees we recently planted at our house. In general, we're just an easy going couple who likes to travel and enjoy life.
