Bedroom 1: Separate private bedroom with King bed (bed accommodates 2-3people). The mattress is new and bedroom has a south facing window.

Living/dining: open concept room with a queen Murphy bed and futon bed, which can accommodate 3-4 people comfortably. Grey fabric futon bed is great for lounging or sleeping (2 people maximum). Dine and relax in an open concept environment where all your guests can talk and socialize in one big open space. Comes equipped with modern furniture furnishings and brand new kitchen with new stainless steel appliances.

There will be an extra fee of $25/person for additional guests above party maximum.

Parking is an extra $25 per night. Long term bookings of 2 weeks or more have free parking included.

If you are having an event, party or get together that exceeds the guest maximum listed on the listing then an additional $25/person will be charged. Please detail your full guest list. We just need to understand if everyone can fit into the unit comfortably.

If you are bringing non-sleep over guests into the unit You need to tell us. If your booking is for one night you especially need to tell us the first and last names of EVERYONE entering the property. We allow honest guests to have their party if they give us full disclosure of their event and who they are having. Dishonest guests that don’t tell us that they are having a party or don’t tell us ALL THE NAMES of every guest entering the property will get charged an extra fee and we will call the police to charge everyone we don’t know about with trespassing.

A self-contained unit with one bedroom is located on the second floor, which is accessed at the rear of the property via stairs. 2 Uncovered parking spots available at rear of building at an extra cost of $25 per night which must be pre-arranged with the host prior to parking. Long term guests of two weeks or more minimum are eligible for free parking during their stay. All sleepover and nonsleep over guests must be disclosed with 24 hours of booking (first and last names required for safety and liability reasons). Extra guests above 7 are charged extra (this includes non-sleep over guests).

Maintenance & cleaning issues: we take complaints very seriously. If there is a cleaning or maintenance issue, we require all guests to send us a picture and a description of the problem in the Airbnb chat so we can dispatch someone.

For those interested in 1 Day only reservations or planning an event, get together, party or gathering: Do not instabook. For one day bookings there is an additional security deposit that we charge after your booking is confirmed that is refundable. You need to confirm your guest list and all requested information from the host. Extra fees apply to additional guests above party maximum of $25/guest.

For one day and or event/party reservations; you are required to sign the “House Rules Contract” within 24 hours of reservation confirmation. After your reservation is confirmed we will send you a message with a link to the “House Rules Contract”.

Q: Can you provide me check in details?
A: I provide the check in details within 2 days before your reservation.

Q: Where is the property? How do I get there?
A: The property address will be disclosed to you upon booking but there is a map within the listing to show you the general area where the property is located. Full directions are provided after you confirm your reservation.

Q: How many people can I bring/sleep at the property?
A: Based on your guest list we can gauge if the property will be able to accommodate the sleeping arrangement. If you are planning on hosting an event at the property this would have to be disclosed first (along with the guest list) in order for us to determine if your reservation would work at this property.

Q: How does the security deposit work?
A: The sum of security deposit is held from your credit card by Airbnb. Damages, stains, abnormal wear & tear and or if you leave the loft in an abnormally dirty state results in some or all of your security deposit being deducted. If nothing is out of the ordinary then the security deposit is returned to you.

Q: Can I have a reduction in price or discount?
A: For stays of one week or more a discount is automatically applied to your booking. An even greater discount is applied for bookings 28 days or more:).

Q: Can I have a late check out?
A: The cleaning crew cleans between 11am and 3pm. Out of courtesy to the cleaning crew, please be awake, have all your bags packed, and be ready to vacate at 11am. If the property has an outdoor patio or common area that is external to the inside of the unit then you are welcome to wait there while the cleaning crew is cleaning. If you wish to leave your bags in a common area (outside of the unit) while the cleaning crew is working, then you are welcome to do so but at your own risk!

Q: Do you have an extra key? (for properties accessible with keys)
A: No, but you can always place the key in the lockbox for other guests that may be accompanying you if you are leaving the apartment.
How it works: The last person that leaves the property puts the key in the lockbox. The first person that returns uses the key to enter the property and they can let the others in or they can leave the key for the next person in the lockbox so other guests can enter on their own. This is the way we manage entry.

Q: Do you provide an iron?
A: There should be a steamer or iron in the unit. If there isn't then please report it.

Q: Where do I throw out the garbage?
A: After confirming your booking or prior to checkout you will receive instructions about garbage. In general we also ask Guests to put their garbage and recycling in the appropriate bins.

Q: There is bedding and towels at the property?
A: Please make sure to indicate in your booking the total number of guests staying at the property. This will let us know the number of towels and bedding that is required for your stay.

Q: Is parking free or do I have to pay?
A: Please let us know if you require parking, and we will let you know if there is a cost, or if free parking can be granted for reservations 1 week or longer.

Q: Do you provide facial tissues?
A: No but you can make a special request for this.

Technicians and staff can only be dispatched during business hours between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. If you report an emergency issue outside of business hours a technician or staff member may not be able to arrive until the next business day. Guests understand that issues may happen and if the issue is discovered outside of business hours they may have to wait.

All remotes, handheld devices and locks of our properties are disinfected by our cleaning team.
