When arriving into Central Otago there is plenty to see and do. We have a fantastic trail here that you can cycle it. We have a couple of bikes here free to use but you can hire bikes locally.
River cruise down to the old gold mining town is a must see. In the summer we are a fruit growing area so plenty of summer fruits.
In the winter time we are close to Queenstown and Wanaka if you are wanting to go skiing.
Curling is available in Naseby and that is a year round rink.

We love meeting people from all around NZ and the world, we love to talking and recommending what to do and see in our fantastic country. Both John & I have tourism backgrounds so we know NZ well..
We are a smoke free home and we expect our guests to respect others while here.
John & I live in a small country town in Central Otago, New Zealand. We have 5 children between us and 6 grandchildren. We live on a 10 acre block and grow grapes and make delicious Pinot Noir & Gewürztraminer.
John loves working outside and one of the benefits of that is we have a fantastic garden, so plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit in the growing season.
We love to travel and can only travel in our winter time which is June/July & August so we tend to always go somewhere hot.
Also we have accommodation and love having guests staying here. So there are plenty of evenings sitting outside enjoying a delicious dinner with a glass of our wine.
