This studio is perfect for a group of up to 4 people. It is 505 square feet with a pull-out queen murphy bed and twin bunk beds. The kitchen has a full size fridge, range, dishwasher, microwave, sink with garbage disposal, toaster, drip coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, silverware and wine glasses.

Other amenities include a 32in flat screen tv, dvd player, Free WIFI access and bamboo hardwood floors. The unit was renovated in 2010-2012. The bay window (no balcony) faces east so mornings are always bright and cheerful with an awesome view of the Ten Mile Range and the Copper Mountain ski runs.

A great, convenient location and a comfortable stay in a renovated condo.

Park your vehicle in the indoor parking garage. (one vehicle only) An elevator takes you up to your unit on the 3rd floor. A ski storage room is located on the first floor near the lobby with a large stone traditional fireplace. The building has a community hot tub on the 3rd floor; (NOTE: Summer 2017 Hot Tub is not available. Normally, hot tub is drained during off seasons from end of April to mid June and then again from Mid Sept thru start of ski season in early November to save energy.)

Ride to Frisco on the Free Summit Stage Bus. The bus stop is within 200 yards from your unit.

Mountain views of the Ten Mile Range and Copper Mountain ski runs from your unit. Walk across the street to the pedestrian (no cars) village to restaurants, cafes, small food market with wine/beer, ski shops, ski rental shops, outerwear shops and within four minutes you are at the American Flyer Lift.

A.Please remove all TRASH from the condo and place in the trash chute next to the elevator on the 3rd floor. (or directly across from the community hot tub room)

B.Please place soiled DISHES in the dishwasher and turn on the dishwasher for the dishes to be cleaned.

3.HOT TUB is located on the 3rd floor next to the elevator.

4.Coin Operated LAUNDRY located on 4th Floor. Remove laundry promptly when drying cycle is completed.

5.SKI STORAGE LOCKER is located on the 1st Floor near the West Garage Hallway.

6. This is a NON SMOKING condo and No Pets are Allowed.

7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests per the condo is limited to six (6) persons. (Strictly enforced. Parties of 7 people or more will be evicted) Terms of Eviction : By 24 hr. Security Company (Will be evicted for excessive noise, common and private property damage, disturbing the peace.

8. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the condo, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.

9. PARKING – One parking pass for the free indoor Garage parking is provided. This Parking is limited to one (1) vehicle and its on a first come first serve basis. Parking on the road is not permitted at Copper Mtn. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees and is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Steve's place at Copper was the perfect accommodation for a short stay in Copper Mountain and Summit County. It had everything we needed, including views and close proximity to all we planned to squeeze in. Highly recommend

This place is perfectly located right near all the action in the Central Village of Copper. Really well maintained and easy to get in and out of (love not needing keys--it's all passcodes) Steve was super communicative and easy to work with--would stay here again!

This was a great place to stay - comfortable, secure, quiet and convenient to restaurants in the area. Steve was communicative and really helpful in addressing a few questions. I recommend this to anyone looking for a place in the area.

Hi, I'm the owner of the condo at Copper Mountain and the house in Sun City. Please contact me if you have any questions on renting either property.

I purchased at Copper Mountain because of its central location in Summit County, Colorado. Copper Mountain has wonderful ski terrain and uncrowded slopes. Even on a busy day there are ways to avoid the crowds. In the summer Copper has biking and hiking opportunities. Its central location offers quick access to 5 other major ski resorts that include Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapaho Basin.

I try to get to Copper Mountain as much as possible. I found a sticker that says “Copper is my happy place”. That pretty much sums it up for me and Copper Mountain.
