I'm so sorry you didn't have a great experience in Sirmione. As we noticed that the refrigerator was not cooling properly we sent the maintenance to check and temporarly fix it. Since it was Ferragosto, we couldn't manage to buy the part that was supposed to be replaced and unfortunately we had wait until Wednesday. On Wednesday, the broken piece was changed and the fridge started cooling normally, as our technician confirmed. For the inconvenience we've decided to do a partial refund, I hope you appreciate it.
In August Sirmione is really busy and probably you found a bit of traffic to reach the main attractions. In addition, we'll check the description in order to give to our clients all the correct information.
I'm sorry again for the inconvenience, I hope you can give us another chance and host you again in the future.
