This is a no smoking and no pets property, in a quiet family oriented neighborhood. The Jacuzzi and outside activities have a 7pm noise curfew. Please be courteous. Voices and music carry a long way in the forest. A separate rental agreement will need to be signed and emailed back.
I am a firefighter and a contractor. I recently bought and renovated this rustic 1936 cabin with a fellow firefighter and longtime friend who is also a contractor. We enjoy this place as a family getaway. It is close to the ski resorts and the village, but still removed enough to avoid most of the traffic. The clean crisp air and the smell of pine trees is incredible. Endless trails for hiking and mountain biking (I am just starting to ride) and exploring the lake in a boat, jet skis, kayak, or paddleboarding will provide you with a great vacation. We hope you enjoy our home.
I am a born again Christian and like to attend The First Baptist Church of Big Bear when I am in the area. I love Mexican food and an occasional margarita.
