- Due to the fact that it's an old building, I'd like to ask guests to be quiet (no loud music) after 11 PM, so neighbors won't be disturbed.
Prior to arrival I'd like to be in contact with my future guest via email. I will be there to welcome guests and show them the apartment and answer questions they might have. At arrival, I will give my telephone number in case of emergency.
