Overlooking the unpolluted waters of the Atlantic Ocean, the apartment is placed in a well-built condominium of beautiful modern architecture (both in and outside). It has its own garden and swimming pool and a health club (not included in the rental price). The health club is equipped with an indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath and Jacuzzi, fitness gym, aerobic gym, massage rooms and bar. The condominium has 24 hours per day security.
The apartment faces south and has, therefore, a stunning light. The Sun penetrates through the windows all day. It consists of a 15m2 double bed room, a bath room with tub, shower and bide, a 30m2 sitting / dinning room, a fully equipped kitchen with a veranda where you can dine, a hall and a storage room and one free of charge car parking place in the garage. All rooms except the bathroom have an immense sea view. If you sit down on the sofas, you can see nothing but the Atlantic Ocean waters and the sky. The sitting room is equipped with a sofa and a bed sofa, a table and eight chairs, plates, glasses and cutlery for six, air-conditioning and heating, radio with CD player and LED TV with more than 80 channels, internet and wifi.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas / electrical stove and electrical oven, water boiler, microwave, dishwasher, washing / drying machine, fridge, separate freezer, vacuum cleaner, toaster and coffee machine. Its veranda has a table and seats four people.
The bathroom has a tub with shower, bide and hair dryer.
In the garage, a parking place is allocated to each apartment.
As an extra, we may provide daily cleaning.
The condominium is within walking distance from the beach, the gardens, restaurants and bars, shops, hairdresser, tennis club, school of surf, pharmacy, train station and taxis and the best and most inexpensive supermarket

Guests have free access to all parts of the building, the garden and the swimming pool. Access to the health club services can be contracted directly and paid extra. One parking place in the building’s garage is allocated to the apartments guests at no charge

The owners representative, who lives 6km away from the apartment will be present at the checks in present at check in whenever possible and is contactable to give information on anything the guests should need.

The apartment is a non-smoking one. Pets are also not allowed.
I am half Swedish, half Portuguese and lived in England for six years.
Now, I have been back to Portugal for quite a few years and I live in the Lisbon coastline area of Estoril.
Fluently, I speak English, Portuguese, Swedish and Spanish... I also understand some French.
Horse riding and walking my dogs are my favorite hobbies. Above all, I love nature and fresh air. That is the reason I love where I live... just a step from the sea/beach!
