Southbank1709 offers a quality 1 bedroom apartment offering 56sqm of space with a balcony, seperate bedroom with queen bed, ensuite (with w/machine/dryer)) and quality double sofa bed in the lounge room. The ensuite has access from either the bedroom or loungeroom, great for those sleeping in the sofa bed!. A modern kitchen with everything, from d/washer, m/wave, crockery & cuttlery and more - everything you need, just like at home! The bedroom & lounge room has a 42inch HDLCD TV's and DVD players. There is a supermarket at your doorstep and many restaurants to choose from. A secure undercover car park is available to our guests at no charge (upon request only)!!

All interaction will be by email/messages prior to arrival and during your stay. We will be there for our Guest if they need us, otherwise there is no 'meet & greet' as the Host does not live close by. The guest is responsible for picking up the keys (on site) and returning the keys (on site). Contact is always available via email/messaging or mobile phone.
Otros aspectos destacables
This is a residential building, it is not a Hotel. Services such as - receptionist, baggage storage facilities, room service etc are NOT provided. The Concierge is very helpful and professional, however if they are not at the desk when you arrive, you will need to call them (phone at front desk) and you will NEED to wait for them to return to the desk. Keys can be returned anytime. Photo ID is required to collect keys.
• Arrival is from 2:00PM & Vacating is by 10:00AM. (Luggage storage IS available at Southern Cross Station; the Concierge does NOT store luggage)
• Please show respect for other residents in the building, at all times.
• The apartment is just NOT suitable for guests who wish to 'party', sorry!
• No pets can come with you!
• Smoking is ONLY permitted on the balcony (please DO NOT throw anything from the balcony.)
• Extra Guests are NOT to be accommodated without prior consent.
• The apartment is to be kept and left in a reasonable condition please.
We want you to feel at home! As a guest in our home, please treat the apartment as if it were your home. If you cook, please wash your own dishes and clean the cooking space; if you drop or spill something, please wipe or pick it up; if you break something, please tell us; please leave everything there for the next guest to enjoy as you did!
• Lost keys, remotes or swipes will be charged to the Guest.
• Our guests has the full use of the kitchen for light cooking. Intensive cooking of foods, unfortunately is not suitable. The strong smells left behind cannot be removed for the benefit and comfort of the next guest.
Inspections may now be conducted during any stay longer than 4 days. In line with Airbnb policy, a Guest will be asked to leave in the event of the House rules being breached.

With my husband Richard and son Couper, we love travelling and have enjoyed seeing many different countries. What I wanted to achieve with the apartment, was to create a 'home away from home' feeling for our Guests. Where all those comforts that we have at home are provided. One of my favourite places is our apartments have a little French touch, to help create a relaxing ambience!
