The residence is situated in the praised Saints Constantine and Helena resort, 150 m from the beach and within walking distance to the tennis courts, shops and the restaurants.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and fully equipped.

There are two bedrooms - one with a double bed, second with 2 single beds. Large living room has a sofa that can comfortably accommodate two more people (adult and child).

The kitchen is fully equipped (fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge).

All rooms are air conditioned and seating area equipped with a satellite flat-screen TV.

Property featuring a large terrace that will allow you to have meals outside.

Gabriela's apartments was great. This is a newly built apartment in a very nice building, on the 2nd floor, with nice terrace overlooking the pool, with an East-facing aspect thus with sun in the morning. The apartment is very well appointed, has been built to a high standard (doors with very good quality locks, windows that can be opened vertically as well as horizontally etc. etc. this is an above-average built apartment), has everything really, complete kitchen with microwave, oven, hob, fridge and freezer, and all cutlery etc. Also the usual kitchen supplies one would have, for example oil. The location is great in that one can simply walk to the beach, probably only 100m away, most of it without any traffic at all. And one can of course stay by the pool at the apartment block (the block btw is in its own, closed-off garden), it is very nice and probably about 12 to 16 m long. Connectionwise, it is possible to take a bus (bus 409) as this apartment is about 8 km from downtown Varna. This bus btw also goes from the airport. Taxi to downtown is about 20 levs (about 10 euros). Airport is about 40 levs (about 20 euros by taxi). Bus costs 3 lev. That said, we definitely thank Ian, Gabriela's dad, for picking us up at the airport and giving us a quick tour of the city. Could not be more perfect really. Near the apartment there are all the restaurants of the Konstantin and Elena neighborhood, which is a bit of an upscale neighborhood around the Grand Hotel Varna. Tons of little stands also selling all sorts of trinkets and beach stuff etc. There also is a monastery about 500 m from the apartment. It's all very nice to walk around in the evening. Thanks to Ian for pointing them out to us early on during our stay. One thing that's missing a bit in the neighborhood is a somewhat decent supermarket. The supermarket in walking distance is more focused on e.g. icecream and stuff, less so on fruit, vegetables, meat, fish etc., and its prices are very high. Ian btw took us to a good supermarket which is about 3.2 km away and had a great selection of everything at very good prices. Beachwise, the beach one can walk to from the apartment is very nice, has chairs etc for rent. While we were there there was also possibility to do some watersports. But in general people seem to be going to the beach mostly to swim and relax, not that much sports going on. We did discover a cable-drawn waterski place a few beaches away (in fact we rented a kayak and found the place from the sea). Overall, we'd definitely stay here again for beach vacations!
