The number of occupants can on no account be upper to the maximum accommodation facilities (4 people). The additional occupants will be refused.
The tenant will occupy places personally, will enjoy it in a peaceful way (in " good father "). He will abstain from any activity or behavior which can damage the tranquillity of the neighborhood or susceptible to disturb the neighborhood by the noise (eg: shouts, television, radio), the smells or any other cause.
The rented places are for use of temporary house or holidays, excluding any professional, commercial or home-made activity of whatever nature.
The rent can benefit on no account in third parties. The subletting is forbidden, whatever pretext it is, even for free, at the risk of termination of contract. The complete amount of the remaining rent acquired to the owner.
The installation of tents or the car park of caravans on the ground of the rented property is forbidden.
No furnishing piece of furniture can be stored by the tenant, the exception made for the linen and the menus objects.
No modification and no change in the arrangement of furniture and places can be made by the tenant.
No animal can be introduced (included garden).
The tenant will abstain from smoking in the holiday cottage (except outside terraces and garden). The jet of cigarette ends in the garden or in the neighborhoods is forbidden.
The tenant will take care of the accommodation and will hold it clean.
In the course of rent, the tenant cannot oppose the visit of the holiday cottage by the owner, if this one makes him the request.
In the course of rent, the tenant will let execute the maintenance of the garden (once a week maximum) and the works the obvious urgency of which does not allow their adjournment.
The tenant will inform immediately the owner of any disaster and the damages occurring in the rented places, even if he results from it no visible damage.
The whole equipment appearing in the inventory must be put back to the place which it occupied during the entry to places.
Any repairs (whatever is the importance) made necessary by the poor maintenance or the carelessness of the tenant in the course of rent will be under his responsibility.
The tenant will leave places at the latest in the daytime and at the hour planned to the contract, after current situation.
