Our condo is located between both pools and next to the playground. All within short walking distance. Nature trails leading to the 5 acre Catch and Release lake. No fishing license required. Bring your own fishing gear.

HAVE A BOAT/NEED A BOAT: Notch Estates has a boat trailer storage parking lot available (space is limited). Check for availability and approval at time of reservation.
10 minutes to Indian Point Marina.
Indian Point Marina also rents boats/ slips, and other watercraft.

Otros aspectos destacables
Okay, it is time for the expectations, rules and agreement associated with your reservation and stay. By booking through Airbnb, Guests/travelers acknowledge and agrees to the following condo and HOA rules:

* This s a NON-SMOKING unit.
No smoking of any kind allowed. Evidence of smoking inside the unit or on the balconies/decks will result in the immediate additional cleaning charge of $200.00.
* NO PETS ALLOWED: Pet Policy: Due to potential allergy concerns we ask our guests not to bring their pets into our units. Guests are not allowed to bring pets per HOA rules.
*We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25 years old, unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent who entered into this rental agreement.
* PAYMENT – You agree to be bound to the terms and conditions you agreed to through Airbnb regarding the reservation made for this property.
* FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
* CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. CST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. CST. NO Early Check-ins and no late Check Outs. (Cleaning crew will arrive promptly at 10 A.M.)
*MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of overnight guests per condominium is limited to six (6) people per State of Missouri law and HOA rules.
*CLEANING FEE of $65 is paid through Airbnb.
*NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included. Beach towels are provided, lost or damaged beach towels will result in loss of damage deposit.
*KEY CODE ACCESS: Guest acknowledges that this unit utilizes the August Home Lock electronic system at the front door of the unit. Guest is responsible for any person that the door code is provided to.
* Unit is left locked upon exiting each day and at day of departure.
* No damage is done to unit or its contents.
*No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
* All debris, trash and discards are placed in dumpster located across parking lot of unit. Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and started. One load of towels is started in washer on day of departure.
*All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
* No contents of the property including linens and towels are lost or damaged.
* Guests must follow the Home Owners Associations, (HOA) quite time hours of 10PM to 8AM. These are posted in the unit.
*Grills are not allowed on deck/balcony per HOA rules. Community charcoal grills are provided outside the buildings. Please bring your own grilling supplies.
*No fireworks are allowed on HOA grounds and units.
* STORM POLICY - No refunds for any type for inclement weather, warnings or watches. Acts of God, including loss of water or electricity do not result in refund of rental amount. Unit is in the Ozark Mountains which is subject to seasonal snow and icing conditions. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
* HVAC Policy - ensure that all doors and windows remain closed while the system is operating.
*EMERGENCY ENTRY – Guest agrees to allow entry into the unit for emergency repairs by owner’s authorized personal. Attempt will be made to contact the guest in advance, however, emergency entry may occur without advanced notice.
*HOA REPAIRS – Maintenance activities are ongoing to the grounds and exterior buildings. Guest acknowledge and accept that work may occur to the grounds and exterior buildings which are beyond the owners control. Refunds are not provided due to HOA repair activity.
*Boats, watercrafts or trailer parking may be available. Space is limited and NOT guaranteed. Stays over (7) Seven days must be arranged with HOA and Owners. Storage area is not supervised or secured and is in an unfenced area. Boats, watercrafts or trailers are NOT ALLOWED in the parking areas of the Notch Estates, HOA strictly enforces this rule. If boat storage area is full, arrangements by guests will be required with a marina or other trailer storage lot during time of stay.
CARS - There are parking spaces in front of the condominium buildings. No parking permit is required. Limit 2 cars per stay.
RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS (THE POOL AND GROUNDS) by HOA
*POOL CLOSURES – Although infrequent, pool closures can occur due to required maintenance beyond the owners control. Pool facilities are outdoor facilities and are open on a seasonal basis and close during fall and opens late spring depending on weather conditions. No refunds are given for periods of pool closures. Pool usage is limited to guests staying at unit.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at playground and pool at all times.
Pool Rules must be followed at all times. Any attempts to enter the pool area after hours or when pool is closed will be prosecuted by the HOA at trespasser’s own expense.

Located near Silver Dollar City (1 mile to the entrance) yet tucked away in 400-acres of Ozark Mountains at Notch Estates. Our unit offers Fabulous year round Ozark Mountain and woods views from a 20-foot covered private deck. RELAX and ENJOY the sites and sounds of the Ozark Mountains from the chat set/chaise lounge or dining with family and friends on the open outdoor table seating for six. Convenient access to SILVER DOLLAR CITY - offering a convenient right hand turn onto Indian Point Road to SDC and minutes away from many other local attractions. You can hear the SDC train whistle from the Notch Community. You are so close to the park, that you can use the same-day visitor re-entry pass and run back for a quick bite to eat, swim or nap before going back for the evening shows or the spectacular lights in the fall.
Our condo building is located between the 2 pools, both within easy walking distance. The shelter house and playground are located next to the building as well. Check with the Notch Estates office first if interested in reserving the shelter house for s family picnic.
