Modern, chic, contemporary townhouse with stunning views across the historic town from the excellent roof terrace. Located just a minutes walk from the town centre where you can find a great selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and fine dining and an array of boutiques to browse.

One of the most stylish newly renovated townhouses available in Pollenca, Casa Hugo offers luxuriously decorated surroundings with all the modern facilities available to you. Centrally located, giving great convenience to those who wish to wander down to the main square and enjoy the delights that Pollenca town is renowned for!
The house is built on three levels with a spectacular roof terrace. From the entrance hall there are stairs taking you up to the gorgeous living area with an open plan, fully equipped modern kitchen. The cosy dining area with a large wooden dining table and "L" shaped seating bench has ample seating. Also here you will find the comfortable lounge with a large sofa, coffee table, smart TV with Netflix, you tube etc. Balcony and also the feature fireplace with a log burner. All beautifully decorated by the owner who is a celebrated designer.
On this floor is a double bedroom with a large chest of drawers and a shower bathroom adjacent. To the rear of the kitchen you will find a pantry area and a door leading out to a patio area with a table and two chairs, ideal place to enjoy a morning coffee!
On the second floor you will find the very large master bedroom, wonderfully decorated in a chic and elegant style with a super king size bed and smart TV. A twin bedroom is also on this level and they share the shower bathroom.
From the master bedroom you can access the roof terrace with its fantastic seating area, and enjoy the stunning views across the town and to the Puig de Maria. The perfect area for sunbathing, pre-dinner cocktails or to watch the stars with a cosy bottle of wine...

The house is equipped with wifi internet, Hot and Cold Air conditioning throughout and
a newly installed Jotul Log burner for winter rentals. Baby stair gates, cot and highchair are all included free of charge. Please let us know if you have any specific needs or requirements.
