San Lorenzo is one of the most distinctive neighborhoods in Rome. It lies near the main train station, Termini, just outside the Aurelian walls and includes the area of Rome's Sapienza University. The inhabitants are mostly young.
The apartment is in Palazzo Lamperini (about XIX century), classic 'palazzo di ringhiera' or railing building because of the communal balcony present on each floor. Each apartment opens onto a communal balcony which faces the internal courtyard.
The apartment is bright and quiet and ideal for one person, a couple or a family with one or two children.
The 40 square meter apartment is completely furnished and is made up of two rooms: an entrance with complete kitchen including refrigerator and washing machine and another room with a double bed and single bed. The bathroom is complete with a shower. Above the bathroom is a small loft for storage.
