This well-appointed and charming 3rd floor apartment (serviced by an lift) is in the 1930s heritage building, Flinders House. It has a supremely comfortable Queen Bed with ensuite bathroom, a living/dining area that boasts very high ceilings and a very comfortable sofa bed which pull-downs into a double. The studio has polished timber floor area and carpet in the bedroom (a comfort on those cold Melbourne winter nights). There are wall heating units in both the bedroom and living area. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher and microwave) and is fully equipped for dining at home. Once you have ventured into the doorway of the Flinders House heritage building, and into this apartment, we know you'll be back.

The rental is for 2 guests staying for one night, with the 3rd guest an extra $25 per night (for the use of the sofa bed). If 2 guests require the sofa bed to be made so they have two separate beds, please advise us of this when enquiring or Instant Booking. The $25 per night applies when the sofa bed is requested.
Please note that although this is a studio apartment (37sq.m) , as the photos confirm, it is unique in that it has a separate bedroom space (i.e. the Queen bed is not located in the lounge room/living area).
Please leave the studio apartment in a reasonable condition otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be deducted from the security bond. Friendly reminder that for the comfort of all guests there is STRICTLY NO SMOKING allowed in the building and that there is a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY. Any violation will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning management fees being charged to the Bond . Yes, there is a Bond but I have never once had to make a claim on it. Let's all keep this good track record !
