This lovely furnished home has a serene views of Indian Palms Country Club Golf Course and panoramic mountains.Open Great Room/Picture windows bringing the outside in. Membership pricing for golf and rec center. The home is lovely and cleaned professionally. It has some minor wear on appliances, sink, carpet and blinds due to it being a rental. If you are looking for complete perfection, it is not but so serene, comfortable seating and perfect for entertaining. Short and long term - call us.

Beautiful 2 bedroom plus Den - Its located on the Indian Palms Country Club Golf Course. View of panoramic mountains and pond directly in front of patio. We feel we have a bird sanctuary with all the wonderful species that land on the pond.
If you are a golfer, this is a perfect spot for you. If you love to go to the art and music festivals in La Quinta, you could not get much closer. They have shuttles during the Coachella from our front gate. Otherwise, the walk from our home can take 20 minutes to festival depending on which gates are open. Shuttles possibly available at front gate. It is best to book the Thursday before the festival due to the traffic congestion on freeways and streets. You will be ahead of everyone instead of fighting the traffic. It will be best for your vacation experience.

Sleeping for 6, Master Bedroom (King), Guest Room(Queen), Sitting Room/Den( equipped Sleeper Pullout Sofa perfect for Two) (no door/curtain closure for privacy only. Spacious formal dining room adjoins to Kitchen.(Coffee/wine bar.)
Island Kitchen opens up to Great Room with fireplace, tastefully furnished. Drapes and blinds window treatments frame the spectacular outdoor views.
The spacious master suite features large walk in closet, master bath with Roman tub, separate shower, and dual vanities.
Just down the hall separate, Bedroom comfortably sleeps 2. Enjoy the private backyard with its covered patio. BBQ island. House features Separate Laundry Room, Two Car Garage. WI-FI, World-class amenities include a magnificent Clubhouse, a state-of-the-art Fitness center, lighted tennis courts and a resort-style pool. The Club provides cable, internet, Security is provided by the 24/7 guarded main gate, two camera monitored residents-only gates, and a roving security patrol. Restaurant open to Guest.

We spent the month of March here in Michele’s lovely home. This was the perfect stay for us. The home sits in the ideal spot along the golf course here. The back patio made for great entertainment watching golfers hit into the pond! But the true value in staying here is how perfect Michele has set up this home for guests. From the well stocked kitchen to the wonderful decor, this home was like staying with a friend. As full time travelers, we really enjoyed the extra space this location offers. Having use of the garage was a real bonus. Mid way through our stay we were fortunate to be able to meet and visit with Michele on several occasions. She is a delight and made sure we felt very much at home in her home. This location is in a gated community which has many amenities besides the golf. (We are not golfers) From a club house restaurant to community pools and a recreation center with a larger pool, tennis courts and a gym, there is something for everyone. Nearby there was easy access to hiking and biking trails. Check out the La Quinta Cove area for some nearby hikes. As we were there towards the end of winter, we were able to catch a polo match. Something new for us but this was a fun way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Also don’t miss the date milkshakes at Shields!

Dennis and Michelle have to be at the top of my list for the best guests to have. Not only were they just a delight but the home was spotless when I arrived after their departure. If all guests were like them, I'm be a happy camper! They even invited me for lovely wine and appetizers. The best part was their experiences they shared with me. Lovely, lovely couple! I will follow them on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) because they are both so talented.

Michele was a gracious host providing amenities and help through out our stay......even managed to book a tee time for us. looking forward to returning next year for the next Desert Trip Concert!

I chose to book Michele's house on Airbnb because of the location and it looked nice. The house is actually bigger than than pictures make it seem. The kitchen/Great Room is very large and has a huge sofa. Right outside the back door is a beautiful lake with ducks and geese. This was a treat every morning. The tenant that lives in the front of the house was there to greet us and show us all the necessities right when we arrived. The house is close to Stagecoach but with all the road closures we had to drive around to get back to our house. You can walk to Stagecoach and there are signs if you choose to walk which is about a 20 minute walk.

The house was accurately described and photographed. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. The house was clean and well furnished/stocked. It's in a gated track community so the neighborhood is clean and new but the homes are close together and you can see right into your neighbor's yard. We went for Coachella and it's NOT really walking distance. It took about 15 min just to exit the gated community because they block off the 50th Ave entrance/exit. We ended up finding a private shuttle to the event which worked out. When we arrived we were abrasively greeted by Marty (who lives in the front casita) before even saying hello her first words were "I need to see everyone's IDs" its not the way you want to arrive to your destination you're paying premium price for. She ended up being nice but communication with her could have been limited, the first evening I got a text at 9pm "don't forget to turn out the front porch light" it just felt like we were being watched and monitored all weekend. Overall we would rate the experience a B- . The den's sofa bed is not very comfortable to sleep in, house has a couple leaky faucets, a/c was cooler in some rooms than others, and we felt like we needed a little more privacy.
