Enjoy the best of urban Austin from one of its most accessible adjacent suburbs, in a quiet neighborhood just 1/2 mile from Zilker Park and the Lady Bird Lake Trail...minutes from downtown.
This property is an excellent location for Zilker Park festivals, UT special events, SXSW, SoCo expeditions, or day trips in-and-around the hill country. Owners are 20-year Austin residents -- happy to share our favorite places to eat, drink, play or relax, as well as "insider" tips for the best parking, happy hours, etc.
Free wifi, and continental breakfast including fruit basket, breads, coffee/tea, our compliments!
Standard rate includes light cleaning; higher rates apply during special events. See calendar for availability.
Sorry no visiting pets allowed and no smoking. A $200 security deposit is required, which is fully refundable if no damages.

While with us, we want you to feel at home & welcome. But, this is our primary residence, so our paths may cross from time-to-time in the main living space. We work from home, but our offices are in separate quarters of the home, so you can expect a peaceful stay.
No pets or smoking, sorry. There is an Austin music ordinance that requires all high-volume music to end by 10pm. Likewise, we live in a quiet neighborhood, so please leave your party hats at the clubs! :-)

We've lived in Austin 20 years and love it here! We feel like the luckiest people in town, being so close to Zilker Park (home of the ACL fest), Lady Bird Lake (the most-used amenity in the city!), downtown ATX (for SXSW), shopping and more. Yet, we enjoy the quiet of our neighborhood -- it's a little slice of Mayberry, for those who watched Ron Howard when he was Opie on TV! Our youngest is now in his 20s, so we have a little more room to share and are happy to have visitors enjoy our hometown.
