To the rear is a terraced garden with dining table and 4 chairs and a viewing platform with bench seating with magnificent bay views. The lower level has a front bedroom with harbour views and a very comfortable zip n link bed that can be made as a twin or king size. The rear bedroom also has an equally comfortable zip and link beds that again can be made up as a twin or king size. There is also a large family bathroom with a walk in shower, w/c & wash basin. However, there is rear access from the road above that is approx 35 steps down through the terraced garden. Access to the front door is also available from North View Road and a car can stop close by.Parking - Torbay council no longer issue physical parking permits. If you wish, you can order a virtual permit online at a cost of approx. £35 per week. These permits are valid for all of the 32 council pay and display car parks in the wider Torbay area including the 4 in Brixham – very useful if you plan to travel around the area. Full details and a web link will be sent with your arrival information approx. 6 weeks before your holiday begins.Damage Deposit - your card will be pre-authorised for a £100 security deposit when you pay your balance. This authorisation is released within 7 days of departure.
