This is a charming home with a neat architectural design. The ease of access to the freeway system and airport are unbeatable. You will have your own room, shared bathroom, and access to a kitchen, laundry, dining and living room space, parking, as well as a downstairs bathroom.
Check in and Check out Times:
Unless pre-arranged, please plan to check in after 2:00 PM on the day of arrival and check out by 11:00 AM on day of departure. If pre-arranged, we can be flexible with these times. This will ensure that guest quarters will be properly cleaned and prepared.

We would love to meet everyone, however living off site, we may not be able to interact at all times. We live just up the road, so can be accessible if the guest has any needs or questions.

We will provide you with hotel amenities (ie. shampoo, conditioner, travel dental kits, etc). We will be hospitable to try and make your stay in Reno an excellent one.
Please no smoking and treat the house with respect. Please do not break, tear, ruin, or take anything. Please ask fist before eating any food or drinking any beverages. Please stay out of garage, master bedroom, and master bathroom. No pets allowed.
