Kaï Papaï is a spacious villa overlooking the turquoise Caribbean waters with a view of the majestic Gros Piton. Located on the top floor of the villa, Les Dauphins is a large bedroom opening onto a vast patio.

El lugar

Kaï Papaï is set amidst enchanting greenery on which the fiery sun rays reflect their golden tones. On the bamboos that sway rhythmically to the silent melody of the aromatic marine breeze, dozens of colorful birds twit and chat lightheartedly. As humming birds begin their daily rounds of the flowers the picking of fruit for breakfast starts. Depending on the season, you will find a selection of exquisite fruits on your breakfast table, ranging from juicy mangoes and refreshing papayas to bright yellow star fruits or the most palatable passion fruit in the Tropics. All these wonders are organically grown with love and care by our nature-oriented family on the villa's half-acre plot.

Disponible para huéspedes

Located on the top floor of Kaï Papaï, an alluring blue-roofed villa, Les Dauphins is a large bedroom which can sleep up to five people. It offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, a double bed and a single bed. Its occupants also have access to the spacious kitchen, the full bathroom, the restroom and the patio which they share with those of the loft, Les Tourtereaux.
Wi-fi connection and a laptop are available.
The soft tropical breeze naturally ventilates all the airy ample rooms.
We also supply all the duvets, pillows and extra blankets necessary for a good night's sleep.
The bathroom includes a full size tub where you can indulge in a fragrant, relaxing bath while you admire the lush trees from the handmade jalousie windows. An outside shower with warm water is also available for nature-lovers who like being fresh and ready to hike by daybreak. You will be provided with fluffy towels and toiletries so your luggage will be as light as possible.
The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, a two-ring hob, a microwave, a fridge and a freezer. Behind the masking curtains, you will find all the cutlery, crockery, pots and pans that you may need to prepare savory dishes, unless you prefer to go to the restaurant nearby or ask us about the possibility of having us prepare a vegetarian meal for you.

This is a beautiful place, very large space, you can see the Gros Piton from the huge balcony. The private beach is stunning and takes about a 7-8 minute walk and well worth it! The unit itself has a breezy "tiki-style" layout. The staff are genuinely caring!! Much gratitude for all the help they've done for us! This place is secluded enough for those who are seeking a bit more privacy rather than the busier touristy areas. Overall highly recommended!

Sylvie's place was quite enjoyable. We stayed in the les dauphins room, which was the larger room of the two. We had the whole area to ourselves, as the other room was not occupied. Note that there is a shared kitchen & bathroom. Our stay was for 8 nights and we spent each day exploring the area, then relaxing in the late afternoon & evening on the deck. Also to note when we came through immigration they insisted on a phone number of where we were staying, so obtain that in advance. Enjoy!!

My boyfriend and I very much enjoyed staying at Sylvie's home. Although we did not meet her in person, her daughter was very gracious during our stay. The place itself is in a very quiet neighborhood, a close drive to various attractions. Would recommend.

Kai Papai is a lovely, spacious, serene, and comfortable setting away from the hustle and bustle of tourist towns. Our hosts Sylvie and Keven were kind and gracious, and paid attention to each detail to make our stay memorable. We stayed in Les Dauphin room, and had the whole upstairs to ourselves since we were the only guests at the time. The house is surrounded by lush, green scenery and plants; a garden filled with fresh fruits and vegetables. An authentic island paradise. We had a nice view of Gros Piton from the balcony, and a hammock that was a great place to read and relax. There is a fun puzzle, and cards that we played a game with Keven too! Sylvie ' s dogs were an added bonus, friendly, and obedient. Keven prepared a delicious breakfast for us the first morning with an assortment of fruit, local bread, jams, muffins, coffee and juice! He also gave us a garden tour and walked us to the private beach, a scenic secluded spot with black sand, playful waves, and clear water. When the clouds cleared, you could get a view of St. Vincent! Sylvie had beach chairs for us to post up for a few hours. We brought our portable speakers for tunes that complemented the sounds of the sea. It was so relaxing, but be sure to apply plenty of sunscreen if you are prone to sunburn because during those prime late morning and afternoon hours to sun will beat down on you!!! An umbrella would be a best for ultimate protection. There's a great outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, and a large bathroom with a bathtub and indoor shower. The tub helped my sunburnt self relax and recoup after the beach, and towels, lotions, and are provided, which we were very grateful for! We enjoyed one a meal at L'escape which is barely a 5 minute walk down the road. We called ahead for reservation and we're the only 2 there. The next night was a private event so we were out of luck with eating there again. Keep in mind that the closest market is 15+ minutes away so be sure to stock up on food if you do not plan to venture out much. The kitchen has all the appliances and basic supplies if you plan to cook. I was happy to stay put for the last 3 nights of our St Lucia vacation. We had a driver bring us there for a hike, which was only about 20-30 minutes away. My boyfriend took a 5 minute bus ride to Piaye to grab some food, which was in limited supply so bear that in mind. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at Sylvie's place for pure relaxation, and total seclusion from more fast paced living. It's a great location to come back to and unwind if you plan to be put and about doing stuff around the small, accessible island. It was the perfect...

Sylvie and Keven provide an amazing experience in Choiseul. A great and comfortable room, lots of windows and a steady breeze make things extremely comfortable. Beautiful gardens around the house and a short walk to a nice quiet beach. I highly recommend!

My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Sylvie. We were immediately welcomed by Kevin who gave us a thorough tour of the beautiful garden and later showed us to get to the beautiful private beach. Both Sylvie and Kevin provided a variety of suggestions of what to do and ways to really experience the island. The breakfast on the first morning was to die for! The presentation was beautiful not to mention delicious. I also loved how eco-friendly the house was. If we come back to St. Lucia, we would definitely revisit Sylvie and her lovely home.

Sylvie's place is really a gem tucked in a beautiful, quiet area in St. Lucia. The open terrace and hammock were absolutely perfect for relaxation. As it is secluded, one needs to prepare well with food and transportation plans. The beach nearby was so nice and Sylvie also suggested other fun things to do nearby. Kevin, one of Sylvie's helpers, is really great soul, spending time with us to show us the beautiful garden on the property and also to take care of things. Sylvie's son was also very pleasant. We would definitely return on our next trip to St. Lucia.
