Messaged this group of guest once they made the booking but they did not reply until the midnight before their arrival date. I was already asleep as it was so late and in the morning, without my advance approval, they arrived to our accommodate at 11AM demanding to check in right away. We had a guest check out that same day at 9AM and needed time to clean up. If they gave us an earlier notice, I could arrange an extra staff to go over to setup the room earlier but it was too unexpected notice they gave us. Upon their arrival, they kept knocking the front door very hard as they could not get in and disturbed the next door neighbor till he came out. They started to argue with the neighbor at first as they thought he was us. The neighbor called us and my staff that was nearby buying some supply rush back to the house. Lastly, I would like to make it clear that we have a license operating this vacation home and is place inside the house. This group of guest can't read Japanese and most likely had no idea they were looking at it once they enter the house. The neighbor also knows about this is he is even the once called us once the guest arrived unexpected and started to cause problem.
