Private outdoor shower has been fun for guests to use. Of course there is a hot shower in your guest house. Lots of gardens, flowers and ambiance.
Firm mattress and extra nice bedding and towels! We want you to feel like you’re at home! We am very careful to disinfect everything between guests, so no one spreads germs.
3.6 mi. from U of A. Approximately .5 mi from Randolph Park which has bike/walk paths, tennis courts, and golf. Quiet established neighborhood. Private entrance.

Guest house (350 sq ft) with large studio room that contains a fridge, microwave, WIFI, TV, cable, and queen size bed. Private entrance allows you to come and go at your leisure. Sit outside and enjoy the gardens or walk 1/2 to Randolph park and have access to all kinds of outdoor activities: golf, swimming, tennis, zoo, baseball, soccer, and walking or riding bikes around a 4 mile loop.

Our location is in central Tucson. Easy access to the downtown areas, University of Arizona, and hospitals.. Many great restaurants, shopping and entertainment options nearby. This is a great neighborhood to walk and bike around. We have plenty of Harris Hawks out hunting or maybe you will catch a glimpse of one of local bobcats or coyotes.

I’ll mention the private outdoor shower area again, because guests are always pleasantly surprised. We have a teacup Yorker that loves to shower outside as well, so he tends to join anyone using that shower. Of course there is a shower in the guest house as well.
If you love flowers and gardens, and you’re looking to stay in a very clean, germ free and peaceful environment- then we’re the place for you!
