1st Week of June Open!! Very close to dedicated beach! 3 bed/3 bath (10 in beds) on Harbor w/boat slip & 2 kayaks! Great property w/plenty room, beautiful harbor views, water taxi available, fireworks/airshow! All that & use of boat slip right out your back door, fish off deck! Even if boating isn't on agenda, the view is incredible!! Up to 2 dogs (20 lbs./less) permitted w/prepayment $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. MUST BE 23 YRS.+ TO BOOK !

Great for Poker run, or anyone wanting to rent a pontoon during their stay, or bring a boat. Can fish right off the deck, or go to the dedicated beach access just a very short walk away! Kayak in the harbor!

This is a large duplex type home, with one side completely accessible with separate entrances, etc. Owner's side of property is rarely used, so guests have privacy. Pets (no more than 2) 25 lbs. or less permitted with express permission, and a non-refundable pet deposit of $100.00 per pet .

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Slip Inn Away

This short term rental agreement (“the Agreement”) is made by and between Royce Kershaw (“Owner”) and _________ (“Guest”), and all persons staying with stated individual. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:
1. Property:

Slip Inn Away 12 Magnolia Drive, Destin, Florida 32541
The property is furnished and includes full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, cook-ware, dishes and utensils, washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron, linens, bath towels, hand towels, and wash clothes.
Additional amenities provided televisions, DVD Player, cable, internet and stereo, cooler, beach chairs (not guaranteed), and two kayaks with equipment (not guaranteed).
If there is anything that is not in working order, please notify the property manager immediately.
2. Rental Party: The rental party shall consist of the following person(s):

- _____ Adults (including yourself) ______ Children
3. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to ten (10) persons. The rental rate is for eight (8) persons. An additional charge of $25.00 per person, per night for guests in addition to eight will be assessed. There are three bedrooms consisting of a king bed, queen and twin, and three twins. There is also a bunkbed located in the laundry area for overflow.
4. Term of the lease: The lease begins at 4:00 pm central on _______________ (the “Check-In Date”); and ends at 10:00 am on ____________ (the “Check-out Date”).
5. Minimum Stay: The property requires a minimum stay of three (3) nights. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods, or peak-season dates. If a rental is taken for less than three nights, the guest will be charged the three night rate.
6. Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property and shall cause all members accompanying guest and anyone the guest permits on the property to abide by the rental rules at all times while on the property.
7. Pets: All pets must be pre-approved, and a pet fee paid in advance. No cats are permitted at any time. Pets must be on a leash at all times while outdoors, and all pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in the outdoor receptacle. Excessive pet hair must be removed prior to check-out. Failure to abide by these requirements will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the deposit. Any unauthorized pets will result in a full forfeiture of your deposit.
8. Additional House Rules:

No smoking inside the home – A violation of this rule will result in full forfeiture of deposit.
The individual signing this rental agreement must be 23 yrs. old or older.
Children must be accompanied at all times.
No cleaning of fish inside the home.
No leaving fish bait on the property.
Quiet time is from 10:00pm to 6:00am.
Boat trailers must be parked to the right of the right-side parking pad
No working on boats and/or cars on the property

9. Kayaks: Use of the kayaks is at your own risk, and guest and those accompanying guests agree to hold the owner and property manager harmless from any injury or incident resulting from their use of the complimentary kayaks. The availability of the kayaks is not guaranteed as the owner and property manager have no control over use or abuse caused by previous guests. We will do everything possible to insure they are available for your use and enjoyment. Kayaks are not to be taken out of the harbor area, or pass HarryT’s where the pass begins. The pass is incredibly dangerous for non-motorized watercraft. Please return the kayaks to the stand under the house, and rinse with fresh water after every use. All equipment (paddles, life vests, paddle lanyards) should be rinsed and returned to the laundry room. Failure to return any of the equipment or kayaks, or damage thereto will result in an automatic forfeiture of your deposit.

9. Access: Guest shall allow Owner and Property Manager access to the property for the purposes of inspection and repair. Owner and Property Manager shall exercise the right of access in a reasonable manner.
10. Pier and Boat Slip Use
Use of the piers and boat slips are at your own risk. Guests agree to hold the owner and property manager harmless from any injury or damages resulting in use of the pier and boat slip. There are oyster shells/barnacles present, and we strongly recommend that guests do not walk in the waters around the home without water shoes. The barnacles attach themselves to the pilings surrounding the boat slips, piers and house. Therefore caution should be exercised when using these areas. The piers are often slick when wet.


11. Rental Rate and Fees:
Half of the total rental amount is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation, and is non-refundable if your reservation is cancelled less than thirty (30) prior to your scheduled stay . This amount will be applied towards the total amount due for your stay.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of $500.00, which will be refunded to you after your stay provided there is no damage to the home, excessive filth, and nothing missing.
12. Keys:

There will be a $10.00 charge from your deposit if both keys are not returned upon departure. Additionally, if you should lock yourself out of the home, the guest(s) will be required to contact a locksmith to gain entrance at their own expense. It is recommended that you contact Peggy Spiers, Property Manager, at 334-730-5315 before contacting a locksmith to see if she is able to come to the property to let you back in.
Making a reservation constitutes your agreement to the terms of this short term rental agreement.

Holiday Isle is a great community with harbor access, and beautiful beaches. Guests enjoy an uncrowded dedicated, private, gated beach, or can also go to Norreiga Point Public Beach also located on Holiday Isle, which has great snorkeling!
