This magnificent three-storey Georgian town house is tucked away behind
the seafront in Penzance and offers high quality holiday accommodation
for six people. 26 Chapel Street has been beautifully renovated with
muted, classy colours in a contemporary fashion. The light and airy
living room has comfy settees, a modern gas fire set in a traditional
fireplace and a Smart TV; whilst the well-equipped kitchen leads into a
sunny garden room with a dining table and chairs. Patio doors lead out
from here onto a pretty south-facing patio with table and seats and a
raised flower bed – perfect for al-fresco eating on a balmy summer’s
evening.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms (one King and one which can
either be a King or twin room), a family bathroom with a lovely large
bath and separate walk-in power shower and a wet room with another
power shower. On the third floor, you’ll find a cute twin bedroom with
low ceilings and a superb view of Mount’s Bay which sweeps from Lizard
Point to Gwennap Head. Outside, there is an allocated parking space for
one car opposite the house. 26 Chapel Street is just a few minutes’
walk to the centre of Penzance with its variety of restaurants, pubs,
cafes and shops. It’s also very close to the promenade – the only one
in Cornwall – and the historic Jubilee Pool, Britain's largest
surviving seawater lido.
