If you rent my apartment, you’re in for an amazing experience.
Not only do you stay in a fantastic apartment at a great location, I will bring you this extra special service that will make your stay in Rotterdam unforgettable.
Attention to detail, finding out my guests’ special needs and a passion for hosting resulted in all these five-star reviews.
As you can see in the pictures, my apartment is spacious, cosy and very comfortable.
You can interact with people in the kitchen sitting at the big table in the living room. My kitchen has all the mod cons as well as a Nespresso machine.
You don't have to stay in the kitchen all the time, you can also ''chill'' on the couch : read one of the many (English) books or watch a Netflix movie on the bigscreen tv.
The atmosphere in the bedroom is very zen, with a good bed (1.40 x 2.10) .
The bathroom is small but functional. It has a walk-in rainshower, a modern toilet and a washing machine.
One wall is a mirror, so it looks a lot bigger.
My apartment is suitable for 2 persons.
Disponible para huéspedes
You will have the complete apartment to yourselves as well as the roof garden.
Free parking in front of my house!
Atención a los huéspedes
In Rotterdam we have a saying: don't say it, show it: So, check out the guest reviews:).
I know you spent a lot of money on this trip.
My aim is to make it unforgettable!
So make sure you communicate your likes!
Otros aspectos destacables
In order to avoid disappointment:
I don't have access to regular tv-channels.
You can watch Netflix on the tv in the living room via Chromecast.
Also, the tourist tax is not included. This is 4,5 % per night (not per person) of the amount Airbnb receives.
As I live in an apartment building with 5 other residents, we try to be as quiet as we can when entering the building at night.
Also no loud music, please.
Smoking outside (cigarettes, of course!!) is allowed, but please do not talk loudly at night.
''It's better to travel hopefully than to arrive".
Yet, when living in Rotterdam, you don't have to travel a lot, because my hometown has everything a person needs:)
Apart from Rotterdam, my favourite cities are London, New York and Rome.
I've found my ''little piece of heaven'' in my apartment in the city of Rotterdam.
Close to everything I love: my friends, my work, great restaurants, movie theatres, bookshops..
Great food is a passion of mine (although I'm not very good at cooking myself) and I go to the movies at least twice a month at Lantaarn/Venster, where independent movies are shown.
