In what Mrs. Gabriela writes, there is nothing true, and our lawyer will assess whether the lady will have to answer a court because her comment is definitely offensive as well as not true.
The photographs showing our apartments published on Airbnb have been executed by the photographer sent by Airbnb, so it is by no means true that they do not refer to our apartments.
No customer has ever affirmed what Mrs Gabriela says, simply because what she writes is not true at all.
In fact, Mrs Gabriela told our caretaker that she wanted to rent a 2-bedroom apartment, and it was noticed that she had rented Airbnb for that 2 + 2 bed, which is exactly as described on the site Airbnb web site.
Despite the customer's mistake, our caretaker offered to occupy a 2-bedroom apartment at the same price as the 2 + 2 bed, but the lady after sleeping for one night the next day preferred to leave.
The Lady obviously had our address, and we were twice sent by email to our custodian phone number: Outside our property on the highway, there is a plaque with our name and phone number of the custodian So anyone who knows how to read finds on Airbnb everything they need to arrive from us, and all customers find us without any difficulty. Also our caretaker speaks great english and is always available for any need.
The lady did not contact the caretaker, obviously making a phone call cost them too much.
It is not true that the apartment is damp, as Mr Gabriela's other statements are by no means true.
We are serious people, we rent our apartments for over twenty years, our property is advertised on the most important websites such as Booking, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) and others, and always enjoy customer satisfaction.
Fortunately, we never had a client like Mrs Gabriela.
But what we most regret is that Airbnb, even though they have our phone numbers and our guardian phone, did not contact anyone before publishing this amazing review.
