Wow...what a dick! Our information is given on arrival as EVERYONE is informed. Clifton is the first complaint EVER! After 30+ years in Luxury Hospitality, I tell my front desk people that if a guest is unhappy and has an evil disposition, they most likely arrived that way.
Yes, we have several properties that we rent and yes...this happens to be one of the residences we reside. MOST people love the fact that things are left... and we encourage people to help themselves. WE ARE NOT A HOTEL, AND MOST PEOPLE DO NOT JUST HAVE INCOME PROPERTY THEY MAKE AVAILABLE. As far as the Internet goes, we have the most expensive internet and modem (Contour) that can be purchased from Cox. With that said I couldn't comment as I didn't have your experience, but I will say that we nor anyone else EVER had a problem.
I'm sorry you feel so cheated but kinda not. I love my (Website hidden by Airbnb) housekeeper gets rave reviews from other guests. Seeing that the only review you have is mine...which was nice, you should probably educate yourself a bit about Airbnb before you start throwing stones.
