The Building is only 5 - 7 minutes walk to either Queensway, Lancaster Gate, Bayswater & Paddington Stations. & its only 1 minute walk to several day & night bus stops.
The Flat is situated on the Lower Ground / Basement floor accessible only by Stairs (as pictured) with No lift, it comes with a very spacious Living-room that does include a large size TV, a dinning table and 2 large size leather sofas, a Fully-fitted open-plan Kitchen that does include a washing machine, an electric oven, a microwave, and the other standard kitchenware such as, a kettle, a toaster, plates & pans for someone to have a great stay. The Living-room is also utilises a small Patio with a french door that does allow some natural light & fresh air to let in.
The Bedroom is reasonable in size but its not too big, it has got a double bed, a good-size 2-doors wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. Bedroom is also provided with an Iron & an Iron board & a hair-dryer. The Bedrooms is provided with one Bath Towel per person, 2 Bath towels in total (as pictured).
The Bathroom is spacious, and it does have a good size cubical shower, and a fairly good size sink unit.
This apartment comes with few wall mounted electric heaters to keep the flat warm during winter days.
Flat does also have a free WIFI Internet Connection that does provide internet for 2 other Flats within the level, that it could be fast in some parts and (possibly less) some other parts of the day.
Although we are hoping for the best service within your stay, however & for Hygienic purposes, Please Note that I do not supply food items such as; Water, Sugar, Salt, Coffee, Oil, Milk.....etc.

Interaction with guests & Keys Collection:
We do usually keep the reserved Flats Keys for our Guest at around 02:00 pm at the Building, in a secure Box and do manage to provide the access code just few (3 - 5) days earlier accordingly. We are based in Bayswater, and our office is located some 10 minutes from this property at:
