Welcome to Chicago! Enjoy a wonderful stay in this private room with queen bed. The unit overall is a 3-BR/2-bath duplex unit, located on a serene, residential side street. It has everything you need to make your visit seamless and comfortable. Plus, it's in a prime location with easy access to Wrigley, Southport, parks, theaters, restaurants/bars, as well as multiple public transportation options.

Kitchen: 15.25' x 12' with granite, fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and dining ware. Coffee/tea are also included.
Living Room: 16' x 15.75, 55" TV w/ cable and wifi, small table
Your Bedroom: 13.5' x 7' with Queen bed, reading chair, and closet
Bathroom 1: Shower stall, toilet, vanity area (shared by all guests)
LOWER LEVEL: Note the ceilings for the lower level are about 6' high.

You'll have a private bedroom on the 1st floor, then shared the kitchen, living room, and 1 bathroom (on 1st floor) as well as laundry room and 2nd bathroom (in basement). All linens and towels are included.
KEYS There is self-entry anytime from 3pm on. You will be given 1 set of keys for your stay. If keys are lost, there is a $15 replacement fee.
CENTRAL HEAT/AC The unit has central heat/AC with a thermostat within the unit. The temperature is kept between 65-70 degrees for the comfort of all guests.
WASHER/DRYER A washer and dryer are located within the unit. Detergent is also available for your use.

I send detailed notes in advance about entry and the unit to ensure smooth logistics; in addition, before and during your stay, I'm more than happy to help with any suggestions or guidance. Depending on my work travel schedule, I may or may not be in town; however, I'm always accessible via phone or email for any questions that arise.

Please note this unit is on a quiet residential street. We respect our neighbors, and for that reason, we request noise be kept to a reasonable level from 10pm-8am.
ENTRY Check-in is at 3pm or later and check-out is by noon. The unit will be unlocked for you with keys inside your room.

Standard check-in time is 3pm (or later). You will be given a custom key code to enter the unit, then keys will be inside waiting for you. Standard check-out time is by noon. If scheduling permits, we will work with you on alternate arrangements, so please inquire. If unit is not vacated by check-out time or notes are not followed, additional cleaning charges may apply.
For check out, I ask that you:
- turn off lights in your room and in common spaces (if not in use)
- place used kitchen items in dishwasher
- bag any trash including any of your food from fridge
- leave linens and towels in your room
- leave keys in your room on nightstand.
