First of all, the mouse issue is something I've never seen myself or heard about from another guest, but that is a very serious issue that I've already taken steps to address. I'll update my main listing when it's been fully dealt with which should be in a matter of days. That being said, it's extremely disappointing that you would wait two weeks to leave this in a public review, rather than tell me immediately because you didn't want o freak out your girlfriend who found out anyway. That demonstrates a complete lack of empathy towards me and other guests and I suggest you think about that in the future. The toilet bowl had some rust on the inside that I've since cleaned. I assume that's what you're talking about. And as for the AC, I'm fully transparent about that on my listing and when you first arrived and it is very unfair to bring it up in a review. I do sincerely apologize for the issues, but I'm also very upset with the way you chose to handle it.
