The apartment benefits from three well proportioned rooms generating the feeling of spaciousness, enhanced by high ceilings and whitewashed walls. The living room has the benefit of dual aspect views over the fabulous 20 metre pool via 2 double doors with Juliette balconies; and is furnished to a high standard. The compact kitchen has been upgraded in Nov’18.
The bedroom has built in wardrobe, ample low level Ikea storage cabinets and a double bed.
The bathroom has over-bath shower w.c & basin.

El alojamiento
Our poolside first (top) floor apartment is situated in a gated community ensuring privacy and security during the stay. The gardens and pool are well maintained providing a pleasant, safe environment to enjoy a relaxing stay, and our guests have use of our sun loungers, parasol and bistro table and chairs to ensure a relaxing poolside experience.
The local urbanisation provides numerous bars and restaurants and mini markets within walking distance, and within 1.5 miles are the local commercial centre "La Fuente", and the famous Villamartin Plaza offering numerous varied eateries.
There are two large supermarkets within 1 mile, Aldi and Mercadona, both offering a full range of products.
There are 3 top class golf courses within 1.5 miles, Villamartin, Las Ramblas & Real Club de Golf Compoamor.
For the shoppers, the renowned Zenia Boulevard is 2 miles away, boasting designer shopping and places to eat out 7 days per week.
For the sun worshippers, the numerous blue flag beaches of the Orihuela Costa and the Mar Menor are within easy reach by car or public transport. The lovely beaches at Cabo Roig, LaZenia and Mil Palmeras are approximately 6km away, easily reached by car in 10 minutes.
