This is a bedroom and bath in my Garden Factory Lofts home. The bed and private bath occupy the entire 1st floor of the industrial yet luxurious 4 level loft. The room features an artistic poured concrete floor with in floor heat. Garden Factory Lofts are 5 minutes by Lyft (or 20 minute walk) to Convention Center, Coors Field. El alojamiento
The artisan poured concrete floor in this room is a fabulous work of modern construction art. The radiant heating coils embedded in the floor are a nice touch in the colder months. When walking in bare feet, the floor is warm beneath you. Garden Factory Lofts is a 5 unit building built in 2007. This is the end unit in the back of the building near the alley. For being right downtown, the construction and orientation of the building yield a quiet and comfortable space. The bedroom and private bath takes the entire first level so you have this level to yourself. There is an open stairway on one side of the bedroom that the owner uses to access the upper floors. There is a room divider between their stairway/hall and the room but there is not a hard wall/door to the first level bedroom. The owner has a noise cancelling device on the upper level but understand that sound carries with the open floor plan of the loft. The space includes a mini fridge and Berkey water filter for clean drinking water. There is also a hot water kettle, microwave and coffee maker.

The loft has 3 levels. This listing is for the LOWER LEVEL BEDROOM AND PRIVATE BATH. The semi-private bedroom and private bath takes the entire first level so you have this level to yourself. There is an open stairway on one side of the bedroom that the owner uses to access the upper floors. There is a room divider between their stairway/hall and the room but there is not a hard wall/door to the first level bedroom. Although you have the entire first level to yourself, the owner needs to use the stairway to pass by the space to access the upper floors. This listing DOES NOT include access to the upper floors or the kitchen on the upper level.

5 Points is Denver's oldest neighborhood which was settled back when Denver was founded. It is emerging as the latest of Denver's urban renewal with hundreds of new apartments and condos along side historic Victorian homes, many of which are under or have recently been renovated. The neighborhood is one of Denver's newest places to be. With that, there remains a homeless population who obtain day services such as laundry, showers and charging their cell phones at the St Francis center across the street. When walking downtown, the best direction is to go directly down Champa Street. When walking to Coors Field or the LoDo area, go down Arapahoe St to 21st then over to Cours Field. When walking to the RiNo Arts District, go up Curtis to 25th then over to Larimer Street. These routes will avoid the homeless population centered around the Denver Rescue Mission at 22nd and Lawrence. There are routinely homeless people on the streets 24 hours a day. If you are uncomfortable with this, do not book this listing. I recommend using Lyft or Uber for coming and going after dark unless you are from a large city and familiar with and comfortable with people living on the streets.
