We do our best to accommodate all wishes and requests of our guests and as many previous guests have told us, the villas provide for an outstanding vacation environment at highly competitive rental rates. We have the following responses to the more negative comments of this guest:
Olga---1st floor of the second house - the lower room there is a strong smell of dampness that does not erode, old furniture that practically collapses, as well as small beetles and insects under it.
Keith - - since their visit we redecorated and fumigated the second villa downstairs room in question, and replaced some of the older furniture – over 1-year of rentals this is the first such complaint about Villa-2.
Olga --- Cheap toilets of the lower floor are not attractive.
Keith - - we don’t fully understand, the toilets are good quality from HomePro Village, mostly new and American Standard. Three are shown on the website.
Olga ---There were periods when the house was rusty water.
Keith - - The is from a deep well; unfortunately the filter needed replacing during the stay of these guests, water was off-color for less than 1-day, the filter was replaced within 24h of our being alerted and the water was fresh and clean for the rest of their stay.
Olga --- Insects come. Ants, you cannot leave a single crumb, if you forget something on the table, the ants attack the kitchen in the morning. At me the small child drinks milk from a bottle at night, ants came even in a bed. And cockroaches in the evening in the courtyard. It is necessary to close doors and windows, otherwise they enter the house.
Keith - - Phuket has a tropical climate and there are insects outside that will come in especially if they are invited by food, candies or drinks left out of containers indoors or in the patio area. In response to the guests complaint we had the kitchen and living room areas thoroughly cleaned, and removed the trash and children’s candies that were evident in many areas. We also cautioned the guests about trash and food storage. After this there were no further complaints.
Olga --- Lack of WiFi in the second two-story house. "The air conditioning on the second floor did not do well." Sometimes there was no water completely (no longer than one day).
Keith - - The guest complained about the WiFi and it was fixed same day
Keith - - The guest complained about the upstairs A/C and it was fixed by the next working day
Keith - - The guests complained about water however they had asked the pool serviceman to turn off the pump timer. We turned it back on same day and there were no further problems.
