Dear Steve, I'm sad that you were unhappy with our stay. Our hotel has several categories of rooms, we have comfortable rooms with air conditioning, and cheap rooms in the dormitory. Economy class rooms have the most minimal cost and they are very simple. These rooms are for guests who prefer the comfort of a low cost of accommodation.
