CHECK IN/OUT PROCEDURES: The Check In hour has to be agreed between Guest and Host. It’s imperative that we have your arrival time so that all the check in procedures can be arranged. Personal Check In: 10H until 17H (the apartment will be clean at 15H, but we can keep your luggage starting at 10H) If you arrive later than 17H, we will send you all the instructions to get in autonomously). Don’t worry! It’s very easy! Ad we will always be available by mobile. There will be some days where we cannot meet you privately. But we will always always always be available by Mobile. Check Out: 11H Late Check Out: it will depend if we have guests checking in. If not, we can arrange for an extra price. All our Guests will receive an e-mail, one week before the check in, with all information about the arrival.
MAINTENANCE AND SPECIAL REQUEST All problems inside the apartment (eg. electric problems, equipment malfunction, water leaks), must be reported to us by telephone immediately. Depending on the problem, the resolution might take up to 72 hours or even more if it depends on third party services. Please notice that common parts of the Building, like the elevator, do not depend on us. Please contact us in case of any problem and we will call immediately the condominium.
