We are truly sorry about what happened during your stay. We manage more than 100 properties, and this was the first time this happened.
As soon as you informed about this, the host came to the apartment to take pictures and we informed the police about that. The locksmith came in a few minutes, and he said someone forced the lock, so we changed immediately the lock and we put another one for extra security. Now it is safer than before, and it is important for future guests to lock the door with the key (not just closing door) to avoid this kind of situations.
We already refund you the rest of your stay for all this trouble. Our apologies again for this, and he hope you trust our company again.
