1. No smoking inside the unit – smoking permitted on balcony only. Please disposed of cigarette butts
2. No parties or unauthorized guest
3. Do not use the house phone for long distance calls
4. Do not order any movies or pay per view items on the television. If you wish to view such movies contact the host to arrange to pay for these movies prior to ordering.
5. Do not wear shoes in suite.
This building has certain bylaws that must be obeyed. Violation of any of these bylaws could result in a $250 fine being charged to you. Please ensure none of these rules are violated during your stay to avoid financial penalties.
1. No loud music or TV playing.
Quiet hours from 10pm – 7 am.
2. No pets allowed anywhere in the building or on the grounds
3. Do not leave the unit door propped open to let in the cool air in the hallway. This is strictly prohibited
4. No garbage to be left in the hallway even temporarily
5. No parking in visitor parking. Only park in your assigned parking stall. Street parking is available for additional vehicles
6. Do not leave the door open because the corridor is air conditioned while the unit is not. Building manage could issue a fine up to $250 for this.
