LOCATION

Just 200 meters to magnificent Mollymook Beach and Mollymook Golf Club, this fully renovated townhouse is a short stroll to cafes, restaurants, foreshore walking path.and golf course. Situated in quiet park-like grounds, set well back from the road, you will enjoy the convenience without any of the hubbub.

NEWLY RENOVATED UNIT

This light filled and spacious townhouse has been thoughtfully renovated to provide the ultimate holiday experience. Whether you are looking for a couplesâ getaway or a longer break, you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. The new kitchen and laundry boast stone benches and Italian tiled flooring. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar, will make dining-in a breeze. The laundry has a combined washer /dryer but you will prefer to dry washing and towels in the breeze on your private clothesline. When you are showering under the skylight in the âHamptonsâ style bathroom with cathedral ceiling, you will be certain to enjoy the luxury hotel feel!

Both bedrooms offer queen beds, generous robes, and full length mirrors. There is a balcony to catch the sea breeze from the front bedroom, with outlook to the ocean and golf course. The rear bedroom has a leafy view to mature Eucalypts and a ceiling fan to ensure your comfort.

Enjoy a bbq and relax in your private rear courtyard garden, or enjoy a coffee on the front porch. Outdoor furnishings provided.

Living is on the lower level with open plan lounge/dining, kitchen, breakfast bar, laundry and extra toilet. There is access to the courtyard garden at rear and to the front balcony. Two bedrooms are located upstairs, with bathroom and second balcony.

All bedding is provided including sheets and bath towels, bath mat etc. Beach chairs and umbrella also provided. Just bring your beach towels!
