A beautiful four bed double fronted townhouse located in the heart of leafy Heaton Moor. The house is packed full of original features and is perfect for a family getaway with easy access to the centre of Manchester plus the lovely Heaton Moor restaurants and delis on your doorstep.
The property has recently been renovated from top to bottom and has been used as a location for a few TV programmes
Please Note we do not let the house to groups of adults. Families Only - this is our family home and is perfect for children.
This gorgeous period property has a 23ft open plan diner kitchen with double French doors opening onto the garden. There are two further reception rooms on the ground floor: an adult living room for escaping the children with Sky Sports and BT Sport packages plus a playroom for the children complete with TV and Disney Life subscription! There is also a downstairs toilet on the ground floor.
There are two children’s bedrooms on the first floor with a huge family bathroom complete with gorgeous roll top bath and large walk in shower.
Plus another two further double bedrooms on the second floor with another shower room and toilet.
We even have a separate laundry room should you wish to do any washing during your stay!
The house is located on a quiet residential street 2 mins walk from the centre of Heaton Moor and is situated on one of Heaton Moor’s most prestigious roads
There is parking outside the house for a car and plenty of on street parking a few seconds walk further along the road for any additional cars.
There is patio area and a grassed garden which does get the sun all day when it is shining in Manchester!

Guests have access to the entire house except the study and storage cellar.
A note to Prospective Guests
Hosts like us want to know who our guests are. We enjoy seeing people. Post a clear, close-up profile photo of yourself (not your dog or cat!) and write a bit about yourself and who you are travelling with.

* This is our family home so we only accept families
* The house is a non smoking house so smoking is only permitted in the garden
* The house is on a quiet road with families living in neighbouring houses so please bear this in mind

We hate having to lay out rules as much as you hate having to read them! So we've identified the things that are REALLY important to us so please read them and be respectful so we can be great hosts for you
RESPECT We expect you will respect our family home as if it was your own
PERSONAL BELONGINGS: This is our family home so our personal belongings will be all over the house - please do not take anything away with you from the house that does not belong to you
GUESTS No extra house guests who are not on the original booking are allowed
PETS No pets
ENTERTAINING No parties
QUIET HOURS Really really important - No loud noise after 10pm
SMOKING No smoking in the house – garden is fine but please clear up butts/ash after
DRUGS No drugs
SHOES No shoes beyond the ground floor due to our ridiculously light carpets!
BEDROOMS No eating or drinking other than water in the bedrooms – again our carpets are not very forgiving!
ACCESS Guests are not allowed to access the cellar which is full of old furniture and a few spiders! It also has very steep steps immediately behind the door so please don’t try and access it. Also guests have no access to the study on the top floor or walk in wardrobe
KITCHEN WORKTOPS We chose our worktops poorly and they mark very easily so please please do not put hot items on the surfaces round the kitchen or kitchen island. There are racks in the top drawer under the hob to place hot things on. Also please do not leave food, or liquid of any type on the work surfaces. Even a few splashes of water from the tap can damage it. There are tea towels to wipe up on the hook at the end of the island and more in the top drawer under the hob so please mop up anything that spills/splashes
SECURITY Please ensure the house is thoroughly locked up whenever you leave the property
KEY Please take really good care of the key – they are very difficult to replace given the strange nature of the blue key! Unreturned or lost house keys will be charged with a £30 replacement fee
BREAKAGES If anything breaks then please let us know
DAMAGE Any significant damage will be taken out of the deposit
Either ourselves or a friend will check you in to the house. Someone will be available during your stay if there are any issues.
