Situated to the east side of Edinburgh's Old Town only a 5 minute by Taxi or car from Waverley Station, this stunning property represents a great combination of an ideal location and comfort to a luxury standard. This is a modern and unique townhouse completely refurbished in January 2019 with subsequent upgrades.

Sunny, spacious, townhouse with views of Arthur's Seat. The house is situated in the heart of Edinburgh, near Calton Hill. The apartment itself is very large but is at the same time cozy. It is newly refurbished with modern furniture added into it.
The location of this lovely, large apartment gives you the advantage of reaching the Old Town, (and the Royal Mile), within 5 minutes by car, or 10 minutes by bus, and Waverley Train Station is easily accessible, taking only 20/25 minutes to walk.

The station is right in the heart of the city, with the main shopping street just outside and spectacular views of Edinburgh Castle.
This is the New Town, looking at the old town.
Here you will find Department Stores, (Frasers, Debenhams, Primark, H&M, Marks & Spencers, Jenners, and Harvey Nichols); High Class Jewellers, (like Hamilton and Inches, and Rox), and the occasional Gift Shop.
The Old Town is filled with all sorts of weird and wonderful things and there are numerous tours to choose from-perhaps a Ghost Tour or a visit to Mary Kings Close where they bricked up a community dying from the plague
-obviously haunted!
Or maybe take in Holyrood Palace, (The Queen's Official residence), at the very bottom, or Edinburgh Castle, at the very top, for spectacular views.

Edinburgh has a huge variety of eating establishments, ranging from cafeterias, and chain Coffee Shops, (like Costa, Starbucks and Patisserie Valerie ), to High Class restaurants, and Chain Restaurants like Pizza Hut, KFC, and Burger King.
There are entertainment areas you can go to, as in all other cities, and your local area is at the top of Leith Walk where you will find The Playhouse Theatre, surrounded by loads of restaurants which is right next to The Omni Centre (The Building with the Glass front). In here there are plenty places to eat, and there is a multi-screen cinema. There is even a roof garden.
This area is right next to Calton Hill, (328ft). Not to strenuous a climb , if you want to see a beautiful sunset.

If you don't have much time to go out and about, your local shopping centre is just a 5 minute walk away. Meadowbank Shopping Centre has all you require for your supplies.
Sainsbury's, T K Maxx, Poundland, Poundstretcher, Marks & Spencers, B & M and KFC should keep you going.

Free parking spaces for a maximum of 5 cars. Public transport is just at the end of the road.

The apartment has 4 fabulous bedrooms with 4 beds (Three double and one kingsize) that allows a maximum of up to 8 guests. The living room has a Smart TV, WiFi dining area and three large sofas and two arm chairs.
The kitchen and bathroom are stunning. There are three spacious bathrooms-two includes a walk-in shower and the en-suite master bedroom has a bathtub plus shower. The kitchen is large and fully equipped to a high standard providing you with all you need if your planning to cook. All rooms include a smart heating system. Towels, covers, sheets and all essentials will be provided for your arrival.
Overall it is a very nice apartment if you are planning to have a great and relaxing experience in Edinburgh with all the cities finest attractions around you.
