ABOUT THE CONDO
This two-story condo offers a hip spot for six guests to relax and explore nearby South Padre Island's beautiful beaches.
Step into the open-concept main space — the living room boasts a sleek gray sectional sofa, a colorful area rug, and a 40” flat screen TV. The spacious kitchen offers plenty of room for more than one chef — cook to your heart's content with stainless steel appliances, plenty of gleaming counter space, and all the supplies you need to make memorable meals.

Outside, a shared patio offers loungers for soaking up the sun, a table and chairs for outdoor meals and drinks, plus a pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool. This breezy outdoor space is fenced for your convenience and privacy.

The bedroom on the main floor offers a cloud-like full bed and contemporary artwork. Upstairs, the master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and 32” TV, and the third bedroom has two twins and a large balcony overlooking the pool.
Amenities include reserved parking for two cars (parked in tandem), a washer/dryer, and WiFi. If you're traveling with a larger group, inquire about the other ten units in the complex.
This condo is just a 2-minute walk from the Gulf, which means you’ll be enjoying the surf in no time. When you’ve had enough of the sand, head back and unwind by the on-site pool. Relax on a lounge chair, soak in the hot tub, or watch the little ones in the kiddie pool.
You’re right in the heart of the South Padre entertainment district, so whether you want to enjoy a quiet dinner or check out the nightlife, everything is a quick walk away. Louie’s Backyard is a casual surf ’n’ turf spot—and when the lights go down, you can dance the night away. Laguna BOB is a great place for seafood and burgers on the water. Both are a 7-minute walk away.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
