I am sorry to hear that the "newness" of my apartment made you feel uncomfortable. This apartment has been refurbished especially for Airbnb purposes and includes everything that is needed for a few nights' stay. No one has lives there since its been renovated, therefore, it does not feel like you are sleeping in somebody's old bed. If this is an issue for you, you should have reserved someplace else.
Furthermore, I tried to offer you a solution for your bedding issue (you were the first one to complain about this), but you seemed unimpressed by my offer and rather decided to ignore my messages.
The price of the apartment for New Years' Eve was higher than usual ( just as everywhere else in the city). When you reserved the price was clearly stated and the offer did not include any "more luxury" than at any other day of the year. Sorry this made you leave unsatisfied.
